Terms and Conditions


Our postage and packaging costs range from a standard £4.95 for many of our products to £15.95 for some of our larger, fragile items which require extra care with packing and delivery. For international delivery you will need to email us (prettyinteriors2018@gmail.com) with your order details so we can obtain a postage quote for you.   

We do also offer a free collection service and local delivery service. Please message us to enquire.

We aim to dispatch your orders within 2-3 working days from when we receive your payment. Please note that larger items, may take longer to arrive with you, as we use specialist couriers to send these. We will only deliver items to the card holder's billing address. 


If you are not satisfied with your order then you may return it to us within 7 working days of receipt. To return your order please email us at (prettyinteriors2018@gmail.com) giving the reason you want to return your order and tell us if you would like a full refund or an exchange.

We do not cover the cost of returns (unless the item is faulty or damaged). Please ensure when returning goods that they are packaged in their original packaging and are safe for transit. We would advise using tracked delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. We will issue you a refund back to your original payment method within 2 working days of receiving the order back. Be advised that this can take up to 7 working days to complete.
