Despatch and Delivery Information
Our postage and packaging costs range from a standard £4.95 for many of our products to £19.95 for some of our larger, fragile items which require extra care with packing and delivery. For international delivery you will need to email us ([email protected]) with your order details so we can obtain a postage quote for you. We can offer free delivery on orders over £150.00.
We do also offer a free collection service and local delivery option. Collection can be from the Furnish365 showroom, Higginshaw Lane, Royton, Oldham OL2 6LH - Please email your order through to [email protected] and we will process your order with you directly.
We aim to despatch your orders within 2-3 working days from when we receive your payment. Please note that larger items, such as the framed wall art may take longer to arrive with you, as we use specialist couriers to send these. We will only deliver items to the card holder's billing address.
If you are not satisfied with your order then you may return it to us within 7 working days of receipt. To return your order please email us at ([email protected]) giving the reason you want to return your order and tell us if you would like a full refund or an exchange.
We do not cover the cost of returns (unless the item is faulty or damaged). Please ensure when returning goods that they are packaged in their orginal packaging and safe for transit. We would advise using tracked delivery as we cannot accept responsibilty for goods lost in transit. We will issue you a refund back to your original payment method within 2 working days of receiving the order back. Be advised that this can take up to 7 working days to complete.
We accept payment by debit or credit card, Visa Mastercard, Visa Delta, Maestro and American Express through Create payments powered by worldpay for online purchases, for your peace of mind and security.
